Moving Landscapes - Dartmoor
We will spend time in movement and somatic kinship with landscape, inviting the aliveness of the land: river, stone, tree, lichen, birds, sky to awaken our bodies to our vital naturalness.
Listening to the language of the wild through the body can be a doorway to feeling more presence, substance, sense of belonging and can awaken possibilities within us.
The day will include time in the dance studio, moving with music journey alongside moving outside.
There will be lots of time to move, rest, create; with each other, in movement, in words, with art and natural materials.
