About Me

As a non-binary, queer integrative psychotherapist, I centre inclusivity in my work, offering online or in person therapy.  I am experienced in both talking therapies and creative and embodied and nature-based psychotherapy.

I work in private practice and with the NHS secondary care. In private practice I work with clients online or in person – in London and Devon. In the NHS I work in secondary care community services working 1-1 offering psychotherapy and run a weekly environmental arts therapy group. I  have a specialism of working with trauma and have developed therapy work for people in the NHS with complex and relational trauma.

 My Approach

I am passionate about providing a space of holding to support a deeper connection to self, others, and the natural world around you. I love working at depth with clients, helping them cultivate a more intimate relationship with themselves. As and embodied and creative therapist- I will often invite a deepening of connection and listening to your embodied experience, and inner knowing.  Life can feel overwhelming at times, and therapy can provide a supportive space to explore challenges—whether you're feeling stuck, navigating a life transition, or working toward a deeper connection with yourself. At the heart of my practice is a belief in the healing power of relationships—both the therapeutic relationship and the relationship we have with ourselves and the world around us.

Much of our lives are shaped by social scripts—ideas about who we’re supposed to be, what we should want, how we should relate. In therapy, we can pause and tune in more deeply. What do you actually feel? What do you hide or what’s been lost? What do you need, desire, hope for? This is a space to come home to yourself—to reconnect with the parts of you that may have been quiet for a long time.

Creative and Embodied Therapy

When words feel difficult or limiting, creative expression can open up new ways of exploring and understanding ourselves. In our sessions, we may use movement, art materials, sound, or body-based techniques to give voice to what feels stuck or unseen. Creativity can be a powerful catalyst for change, helping us uncover deeper truths and create new ways of being. No prior experience with the arts is required—just a willingness to explore.

The body often holds many of our life stories. Through embodied approaches, we can begin to listen more closely to these signals: a tightness in the chest, a stirring in the belly, a movement that wants to happen. By bringing gentle awareness to the body, we invite new insights, shifts, and forms of healing that go beyond intellectual understanding.

Nature-Based and Environmental Arts Therapy

In my practice, I offer Environmental Arts Therapy, a form of therapy that combines the healing power of nature with creative expression. This therapeutic approach uses natural materials and engages in embodied, somatic relationships with the landscape, allowing for a deeper connection with both the natural world and the self. In working with nature’s rhythms, landscapes, materials, and cycles, we create space for transformation and healing, supported by a powerful dialogue between the inner and outer world.

Whether through walking, moving, creating art from natural materials, or simply being present with the land around us, we explore our feelings and experiences in ways that words alone often cannot reach. By tapping into nature’s palette—its textures, sounds, and forms—we can externalise our internal states and deepen our understanding of ourselves and our challenges. Just as nature is in constant flux—through seasons, growth, decay, and renewal—so too are we.
